Built on 7,000 homes. Auron was founded by Danny Abouhaidar, the founder of Tribeca, one of Australia's top 50 home builders and residential land developers.

Danny founded Tribeca in 2007 as a residential construction company and led its growth into a fully integrated builder-developer operating across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Under his leadership, Tribeca has delivered more than 7,000 completed homes since inception and over $1 billion in housing product, earning its place among Australia's top 50 home builders, while its communities arm has delivered master-planned land estates across the east coast's key growth corridors, from Sydney's south-west to South East Queensland.

That experience is the foundation Auron is built on. Two decades at the coalface of residential delivery taught a simple lesson: the difference between a good property investment and a poor one is decided long before contracts are signed. It's decided by the quality of the research that selects the market.

Auron exists to apply that discipline for investors. Where Tribeca built the homes, Auron identifies where they should be built: undersupplied rental markets with verified vacancy, yield, growth and employment fundamentals, documented in independent, two-source market intelligence before a single dollar is committed.
